To Associate Manufacturer References to Physical Items

  1. Open the Manufacturer References topic and click on the Expand icon.

    The Manufacturer References topic opens.

  2. Click the Delete icon to remove and disassociate a particular manufacturer reference from a physical item.
  3. To associate a manufacturer reference, either type in the organization code and their number, or click the Query Organizations link and search for the relevant organization(s).
  4. Drag and drop the organization(s) onto the Manufacturer References topic.

    The following dialog opens.

  5. Type in the manufacturer reference information and click Ok.
  6. To close the Manufacturer References topic in the Content pane, click the Collapse icon.
